Welcome to FSBC! We're glad that you are interested in attending our church. Below are some details to help you know what to expect for your first visit.
What Time is the Service?
Each Sunday morning, we have our weekly worship service at 10:45 AM.
Each Wednesday evening, Kids 4 Christ (age 3 and potty-trained through 4th grade) meet at 6:30 PM for Bible stories, games, and snacks. However, Kids 4 Christ does not continue during the summer. The program runs while school is in session. The youth (grades 5th-12th) meet at 6:30 PM every Wednesday too.
What Should I Wear?
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We have all sorts of styles at church. We want you to focus on worship, not what you're wearing.
Where is Your Church Located?
Our physical address is 142 S. Mountain Ave. in Springerville (across the street from Safeway).
What is the Worship Service Like?
Our service leans more to the conservative side. The music is a variety of hymns and contemporary songs. The sermons are based on Biblical scripture with the occasional personal story, humor, or visual representation to supplement the message. Almost every week, a sermon outline is provided to help you take notes and meditate on God's word.
Do You Have Communion?
We have communion once every three months. You may participate in communion if you have already accepted Jesus as your Savior and Lord. Together, we pray, reflect, and take part of the communion. We use crackers to represent the bread and grape juice to represent the wine.
Do You Have a Children's Program During the Service?
We do not have a children's program during the Sunday service. However, the children gather to participate in the children's sermon, which the pastor prepares for each week. We also have a nursery available for the little ones who may get restless.
